Cut costs and save the planet: How to save money and prevent climate change

The UK is facing a cost of living crisis, people are increasingly struggling to meet everyday costs as the price of day-to-day goods and energy rise. At the same time, we are facing a climate change crisis, the impacts of which are already being felt. Often people can feel powerless to do anything, but there are ways we can change how we live to save money and protect the planet. This event will bring together social housing tenants, staff and community groups to share practical solutions and think about the wider structural problems. The day will finish with an opportunity to think about a project you could set up in your own community to help people save money and protect the environment. We will have small grants available for participants who have attended the think tank to set up their own project.
