Training on the Environment

We are very pleased to have funding from the Tudor Trust to run a training and grant programme to help people boost their resilience in the face of current climate change and economic circumstances.  The courses cover issues such as:

  • Environmental Improvement
  • Managing Green Spaces
  • Recycling
  • Growing Food
  • Saving Money, Reducing Energy Use
  • Using the Environment to Improve Health
  • Keeping Chickens
  • Setting up a Social Enterprise
  • Fundraising

Courses run under the Community Futures programme are for local community volunteers from across the UK.

Cost to community volunteers: £50 inc VAT for the first delegate from any group.  £20 inc VAT per person for subsequent bookings through the same group on the same course.  The cost includes en-suite accommodation for the duration of the course, all meals and refreshments.  For cost of paid workers please contact Gary Dutton g.dutton@traffordhall.com or phone 01244 300246.
