Conferences & Events

Trafford Hall offers 7 fully accessible conference rooms filled with natural daylight and an IT Suite which has 10 Apple Mac computers.  The main house contains 5 conference rooms, 2 dining rooms, bar and Reception Lounge and an IT Suite.  The Ballroom and Hawthorn are located on the ground floor and the Acorn, Cherry and Willow are situated on the first floor.

Situated next to our magnificent manor house is the Stable, a carbon neutral building block.  The Stable consists of two large conference rooms, named Glasshouse and Muir, and a large south facing conservatory, providing impressive views of our garden and wildlife.  Our experienced events team will ensure you are provided with the right conference room for your event.

Please contact Sarah, e: s.mcdowall@traffordhall.com to receive a quote and discuss your event requirements.  In the current financial climate where budgets are restricted, we understand your venue choices may be limited but we are more than happy to work with your budget and requirements and put a package together which is ideal for you.  We don't like to turn anyone away!

As a guide these rates below are our typical day and residential rates.

24 Hour Rates

Rates are discounted for: Tenant groups, students, charities and youth groups:

£64.00 + VAT (per person in a shared bedroom)
£82.00 + VAT (per person in a single bedroom)

Other groups

£74.00 + VAT (per person in a shared bedroom)
£95.00 + VAT (per person in a single bedroom)

Prices are per person in an en-suite room and include:

The exclusive use of a suitably sized meeting room

The use of training equipment, e.g.  flipchart stand, paper, pens and screen
(the daily hire charge for a LCD  projector  is £70 + VAT, laptop hire is £10+VAT)

• Full or continental breakfast
• 2 course hot lunch or buffet
• 3 course evening meal
• 3 servings of tea and coffee with morning biscuits and afternoon cakes

Day Delegates

Tenant groups, students, charities and youth groups

£22.00 +VAT per person

Other groups

£28.00 +VAT per person

This includes:

• The exclusive use of a meeting room for an entire day (9 am- 5 pm)
• The use of training equipment, e.g. flipchart stand, pads and pencils for delegates
  (the daily hire charge for a LCD projector is  £70 + VAT)
• 2 course hot lunch or buffet
• 3 servings of tea and coffee with biscuits in the morning and  homemade cakes during the afternoon
• Water, squash and mints in the meeting room
